Additional Delivery Information - All shipments shall be F.O.B Delivered Freight Included to the City of Grand Rapids Michigan. F.O.B. terms other than "F.O.B. Delivered" shall not be accepted.
Description https://webprocure.perfect.com/Login'> Bids are requested for the purchase, inside delivery, and assembly services of various office furniture, chairs, and tables as per the specifications contained herein, or approved equal. Bidders shall note delivery requirements for specific locations as specified herein; inside delivery to each location is required. Bidders proposing an "approved equal" product shall include detailed technical specifications, literature, and warranty information with the bid response, failure to do so may result in rejection of the bid proposal as non-responsive.

Companies interested in submitting a response to this solicitation are required to be registered in the City's online procurement system, WebProcure. All solicitation information and documents shall be available to vendors registered in WebProcure system. Payment Terms Net 30 Days
Additional Payment Information - Vendors shall be aware that invoicing shall be accepted only from the contractor as listed on the bid form and subsequent purchase order. Invoices not meeting this requirement shall be discarded.
Additional Information
The Respondent shall be responsible for any and all costs incurred in the development and submission of this proposal. The City assumes no contractual obligation as a result of the issuance of the solicit, the preparation or submission of a proposal by a Respondent, the evaluation of an accepted proposal, or the selection of finalists.'>Inside delivery, unpacking of packaging and shipping materials, and assembly of items is required for all items.

All information in a bidder's proposal and the subsequent contract is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. 1976 no. 442, as amended, MCL 15.231 or latest revision thereof.

Pre-Bidders Conference
Scope of Work The City of Grand Rapids desires the purchase and delivery of various office furniture, as per the attached document, or approved equal, except as provided in line item descriptions. Furniture desired includes chairs and tables (and related accessories) for meeting/conference room settings, as well as stackable seating and tables for use in a large-area, auditorium-type setting.

To allow for multiple purchases of product and items as remodel and reconfiguration services (as well as funding) are scheduled and implemented, the City desires the awarded vendor to hold pricing firm on the products offered through July, 2016.
