Description https://webprocure.perfect.com/Login'> Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for the purchase and delivery of bulk liquid sodium phosphate that has demonstrated effectiveness in corrosion control, preferably on Lake Michigan or Great Lakes waters, that is ready and available for use as per the specifications contained herein. No product or product development of any type, shape, or form shall be allowed or accepted by the City over the life of the contract.

Payment Terms Net 30 Days
Additional Payment Information - Vendors shall be aware that invoicing shall be accepted only from the contractor as listed on the bid form and subsequent purchase order. Invoices not meeting this requirement shall be discarded.
Additional Information
The Respondent shall be responsible for any and all costs incurred in the development and submission of this proposal. The City assumes no contractual obligation as a result of the issuance of the solicit, the preparation or submission of a proposal by a Respondent, the evaluation of an accepted proposal, or the selection of finalists.'>All information in a bidder's proposal and the subsequent contract is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. 1976 no. 442, as amended, MCL 15.231 or latest revision thereof.

Pre-Bidders Conference
Scope of Work Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for the purchase and delivery of sodium phosphate formulations that have demonstrated effectiveness in corrosion control, preferably on Lake Michigan or Great Lakes waters, that is ready and available for use as per the specifications attached. The product proposed shall not contain zinc. No product or product development of any type, shape, or form shall be allowed or accepted by the City over the life of the contract. Product not approved or certified by the State of Michigan DEQ and the Lake Michigan Filtration Plant shall not be accepted.
