Title MRO Vending Machine Services

Additional Delivery Information - All shipments shall be F.O.B Delivered Freight Included to the City of Grand Rapids Michigan. F.O.B. terms other than "F.O.B. Delivered" shall not be accepted.
Description The City of Grand Rapids is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain proposals for Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) vending machine services from experienced and qualified companies which will satisfy the requirements described in this RFP. This RFP is not a contractual offer or commitment to purchase services.

Payment Terms Net 30 Days
Additional Payment Information - Vendors shall be aware that invoicing shall be accepted only from the contractor as listed on the bid form and subsequent purchase order. Invoices not meeting this requirement shall be discarded.
Additional Information
Any formal requests for clarification, questions, or additional information regarding this solicit shall be submitted in writing no later than 2:00p.m. July 16, 2015 as per the information in the solicit document attached.

The Respondent shall be responsible for any and all costs incurred in the development and submission of this proposal. The City assumes no contractual obligation as a result of the issuance of the solicit, the preparation or submission of a proposal by a Respondent, the evaluation of an accepted proposal, or the selection of finalists.'>All information in a bidder's proposal and the subsequent contract is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. 1976 no. 442, as amended, MCL 15.231 or latest revision thereof.

Pre-Bidders Conference
Scope of Work The City of Grand Rapids is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced parties for the provision of vending machines for the purpose of distributing various consumable MRO items at various locations/departments throughout the City. A list of proposed items to be dispensed are listed in Appendix A. The City reserves the right to change, add, or delete items as it deems in it’s own best interest. The vending machine solution shall be a turnkey solution that shall include all software, hardware, consumable items, ordering and stocking services of vending machines, maintenance and repair of vending machines.

Vending machine and locker locations shall be determined for each site based on the number and types of items chosen for dispensing through the machines. All items to be dispensed shall be chosen by City staff.
